FAQ Shipping & Return Policy

If we haven't answered your questions, please feel free to get in contact with us and we will do our best to help you! 

What do I do if I change my mind and want to return the order? 

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please send an email to info@westendteaco.com.au and we will send through a paid return label to be attached to the order. 

Please note: there is a 10 day return period, and we cannot accept any product that has been opened or tampered with. All refunds are processed on receipt of returned goods.  

What do I do if my order is incorrect when I receive it? 

If you have received an incorrect order, please send an email to info@westendteaco.com.au for amendment. 

What do I do if my order has the incorrect shipping address? 

If you have provided the incorrect delivery address, please get in contact with us at info@westendteaco.com.au stating the order number and an the correct alternative delivery address.  

Are your products environmentally friendly? 

All of our glass amber jars are re-useable, recyclable and we encourage you to reuse these over and over! All of our loose leaf tea's are compostable and can be added to the garden or compost.

When will my order be dispatched? 

Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays's and Thursday's from Brisbane QLD.  

Are your products organic? 

Yes, all of the ingredients we use are certified organic by the producer, although because we blend and pack in house our products can't fall under the primary certification - and we are working on getting our own.
